- JGJeremy Gonsior5 days ago5.0Stopped by for a late lunch earlier this week and possibly the BEST meal I had all year! The bread and crackers come with butter and smoked fish. Amazing. Started with the New England clam chowder. Fantastic. Then moved to the New England Roll. To die for. Sat outside and the view of the river is wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

Seafood trio, oysters, snapper and the shrimp were all delicious! After our meal we were taking family pictures on the dock and the birthday presents were accidentally left outside. 😪 Thank you to the wonderful community of St. Clair and the amazing staff at River Crab - the presents were found, taken inside and kept safe for us. This kindness does not go unnoticed and we need more of this in this world. Such a wonderful overall experience and we will be back to visit very soon! Thank you Debbie, Mary, Caleb and Martha for your honesty and kindness.

Every visit has been consistently good, with fresh, flavorful food and beautiful presentation. You can tell the team pays attention to even the small details, from the spotless dining area to the way each plate is served. The staff is always friendly, checks in often, and makes sure everything is just right. It's become one of our favorite places to eat.

I had the Parmesan Snapper & Shrimp, my fiancé had the Cajun Swordfish and his was by far the best fish we have ever eaten. My snapper was decent, but the crust was a bit overdone. The crab cake appetizer was also good. We got a reservation at 5:30 on a Thursday and it was just starting to get busy. Reservation maybe not necessary, but I would recommend it especially if dining on the weekend.
