  Just experienced the worst customer service, I’ve been coming to tropical smoothie for years , the young lady made my smoothie wrong and made it over for me then offered me the one she made wrong which I decided to take to give to my daughters, APRIL decided to come over and take the smoothie out my hand and stated you’re not allowed to have this one cuz we remade it. First off she gave it to me , I would never come back to this location again. That was the rudest thing you could ever do to a customer. She need to be retrained on customer service

  Tropical in St Clair Shores Michigan on Harper Ave is "Mission Driven".... Staff is outstanding Their attention to detail.... Cleanliness.... And Service.... is nothing short of 100 percent Great Comms and pleasantry Thank you for making me a return customer with your professionalism WELL DONE 🫡 🇺🇸

  I love Tropical Smoothie and have been getting it for years!! It was the “hot” treat in high school. LOL. This location is clean and quick and easy to pick up order ahead. They also went out of their way to recreate my long gone Triple Berry Oat smoothie which I loved dearly!! I usually will get the Bahama Mama though now. Overall, great location.
