  I had already had a problem and had a coupon. I went to pick up an online order. There was a hand written sign on the door, drive thru only. I waited an entire hour in that line to not only get a sorry for the wait, but cold food too. I placed a complaint, and never heard back. I will not be returning there again.

  Slowest place ever. Been here 30 minutes and they have only brought out one order.

  When I went there they barely put anything in the items I purchased. My cheesy bean and rice burritos and maybe a teaspoon of rice in it and no beans basically just a bunch of cheese. We sat their forever and the employees came to the window more than once saying they didn't have most of the items purchase or the stuff for it. The chilli cheese fries had maybe a teaspoon of chilli and the chilli cheese burritos had basically nothing. Thus was after i had went two times before. Once when they messed up my order. Then again when they remade it and messed it up again and i just let it go atp. This was the third time. Their district trainer Theresa promised she'd make it right. When i went to get the food i was told they hadn't talked to anyone and would not remake it. When contacting her later i was told that i had already had it replaced and a ton of items were added and replaced that you didn't order. Which isn't true. If you go to this taco bell. Just know they WILL NOT FIX YOUR ORDER, REPLACE IT, OR DO RIGHT BY YOU AS A CUSTOMER IN THOSE REGAURDS, but mostly YOULL NEVER GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE. If you're in jackson on the EAST SIDE don't waste your time here. Go to E Mi. They're all really nice and WILL CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND FIX THEIR MISTAKE. Spring arbor does not DIX OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. Please don't waste your time or money at this location it truly ISNT WORTH IT AT ALL! Tried posting the photo and video proof but it didn't have an option too. Random request to help me figure out how to post them. Since a picture says 1,000 words.

  Zero stars been there twice and got no service. Lights on time for them to be open and no staff. Obviously wasting time shut it down

  Last 3 times took around 30 mins in drive through with only 3-4 cars, order is never correct or someone else’s order
