  Was door dashing and had waited over ten minutes for the order that was ready sitting behind the counter. The staff was talking and nobody noticed me waiting there even after another group was given their food

  45 minutes in the drive through for an online order. 30 minutes at the window. Had to go back in as order was wrong, and still left missing food.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had. Pick up order. Showed up told them who I was, was given my drinks and told they were making my food. 20 minutes LATER after a person who walked in after me got there food I asked for an update and got told it was going to be another 10 minutes. When I asked why because you already told me you were making my order the excuse I got was "We have a lot of drive through orders" . This is completely unacceptable. I had watched multiple cars pull in after I arrived, go through the drive through and leave with thier orders.

  Highly recommend never going to this location. They close at random times due to “being short staffed” even after you already put a Mobil order in and payed. Then refuse to give you a refund. Customer service is horrible anytime I’ve tried to give this location a chance.
