I had a really frustrating experience at this location this weekend. My order was taken incorrectly from the start — I asked for a large Coke, but it was rung up as a small. When I tried to have it corrected, the employee refused to fix it.
I also asked for my receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper and that I would get it at the next window, but it was never provided. On top of that, staff seemed confused about my order and were rude when I tried to clarify and ask for help.
To make things worse, I was asked to pull forward, but my food was never brought out. After waiting and considering how the situation was being handled, I ended up leaving without my order.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that during night hours there are often no lights on when I pass by, which makes it look like the store is closed. I’m not sure if that’s due to maintenance issues or something else, but it adds to the confusion. During this visit, there was also very loud, inappropriate music playing, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere.
Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. There is consistently some sort of problem at this location — incorrect orders, cold food, or the ice cream machine being unavailable. At this point, it feels like a management issue rather than isolated mistakes.
I have also contacted customer care regarding this experience. I understand things can go wrong occasionally, but the lack of organization, poor customer service, and repeated problems make this a very disappointing place to visit.
