  My biggest issue with this store is that they are stingy with building a luxe box. If and when they even offer it, they don’t offer the crunchwrap supreme like all the other stores (aside from alpine which I also avoid). Have more options and have them all the time!! Until you do, I’ll be headed to cedar or Rockford. The best thing about this store are the kids, most of them are super pleasant.

  The past 2 times I’ve been here, I’ve had a great experience. The workers are friendly, helpful, and accommodating if an item is no longer available. I work near this location, but coming from Grand Rapids, and having been to most of the locations, this is my favorite location🙂 I appreciate you guys!

  Kiara provided amazing customer service at Taco Bell! She was super friendly, helpful, and made the experience really enjoyable. You could tell she cared about making sure customers were taken care of. Thank you, Kiara, for being so kind and making my visit a great one!

  I ordered 5 Items Way to the 45 minutes. They only give us three times so we had a back way to 35 minutes more. taco with lettuce on it I don’t wish anybody I had diarrhea for three days straight horrible.

  Consistent long wait times with few cars in drive through. Literally have been stuck in line for a half hour That you can’t pull out of because of the curb. The guy ordering proceeds to tell me I can only have 6 sauces for 4 items and that he’s not allowed… what a joke If you are the franchise owner reading this clean house. your management is awful I will drive to cedar springs instead
