It's a Taco Bell. They JUST opened. Friendly, everyone is busy preparing food...... as they get their "groove on" the wait time will improve.

Went through the drive-through on Friday, April 24th around 10pm. There was some issues with our order but we remained patient. The girl taking our order was clearly newer but that wasn’t the issue. When she asked her manager for help a guy with a purple beanie came up extremely rudely and said “what do you guys want.” We remained patient, just wanting our food. Another issue came up and he was back grumpy as ever. He was rude the entire interaction to not only us but his co workers. Shoutout to the two ladies working the window, they were nothing but helpful. I’m sorry you have to deal with purple beanie on the regular. I can tell that guy creates a terrible work environment and definitely shouldn’t be a manager.

I’m convinced this Taco Bell is actually running on geological time, not real time. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit is so slow I’ve had enough time to watch turtles mate, lay eggs, and raise a full family before my food shows up. The parking lot? A masterpiece of confusion. Once you pull in, you’re basically committing to a life choice. There is no escape. Your only way out is through the drive-thru like some kind of fast-food purgatory unless you manage a miracle three-point turn before it’s too late. And the front door… honestly feels like a warning. It doesn’t open easily because it’s trying to protect you. It’s basically saying, “You don’t want this.” But if you ignore the signs and go in anyway, be prepared to celebrate a birthday or two while waiting. Finally, when your food does arrive, it’s usually a couple of soggy tacos and if you’re lucky a fun surprise where part of your order is missing. Which is great, because it gives you the chance to start the whole journey over again. 10/10 if you enjoy suspense, poor life decisions, and long-term commitments.
