  Very slow service, drive thru line didn't move for at least 14 minutes, so I had to abort the drive thru. This is the second time this happened, so this time after I aborted the drive thru, I went inside for service which was equally slow. Total time was almost a half hour. Would not go here again, can't wait at a "fast food" place that long.

  Taco bell fort st Southgate people working on may 1 2026 at 530 pm and I had to wait 45 minutes for service after I placed my order on the kiosk machine then another 15 minutes for 4 tacos and 4 burritos. At a total of 32. Dollars i would have been better off going to a full service Mexican restaurant.

  I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and positive attitude I experienced today. It was honestly one of the best drive-through experiences I’ve had. The young man at the window was amazing. He made me laugh, lifted my mood, and genuinely made my day. I didn’t catch his name, but his energy and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you for having someone like him on your team.

  Ordered online to avoid a wait. Somehow Ive been through their drive thru for 35 minutes. I get its the bar rush but any other TB wouldve been 20 min tops. I
