  This place is an absolute mess, shut it down and start over. Employees don't get customer service at all. The emphasis on door dash pick ups over customers already in the building is alarming. What could have been a simple solution became an argument with a customer over a baguette, employed was definitely in the wrong and escalated the situation. Also storing boxes of supplies on the dining room floor is not a good look for a location that just opened. Yikes.

  Me and my bf both go to Panera on dates frequently. We were so excited a location closer to home opened up. !! Wrong. The sandwiches they served us were literally tiny in comparison to every other sandwich we have gotten at other locations. When I arrived at the window they said they "ran out of cups" so they took my drink off of my order. This location just opened so I don't see how they're running out of supplies so quickly. On top of that I see cups right behind her while she's in the window. Lack of service doesn't really make this location worth coming to . Even if it is closer to home.

  Would be a 0 for all of it allowed me to. I was there for 30 minutes in the drive thru, got my food. Made it home and half my food was missing and had to go back. As a result everyone else’s food became cold due to the wait. I spent over an hour in the Panera bread waiting for the food they literally just throw in the microwave. Insane. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

  I thought the Panera in Woodhaven was bad, but Southgate's Panera made it look good. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my food which was 2 items and 2 beverages. The service was less than inhospitable, with the employees more involved in their social lives than their jobs. When the manager came out from the back, instead of helping the 1 employee who was actually working, she started gossiping with 2 other employees who were standing by the cash register. Apparently the employees follow her as an example of what working should look like. When I got back home I took the lid off of my soup and there was that layer of thickness indicating it had sat for a while and settled. I cannot imagine how long it sat in the bag while the employees were mindlessly talking. I had multiple employees look over at me, not one asking how long I'd been sitting there or a name for the order so they could check its progress. Finally, once I got my food and beverage cups, I went to get my drink and leave. There were 2 employees standing there talking to one another, one of which was leaning on the lemonade and tea dispensers. I found that to be absolutely disgusting. When I was about to leave, another employee came out from the back wearing low rise jeans and a crop top (how is that professional?) and proceeded to start preparing food. I found that to be disgusting also. I would never go back to this Panera, the sights and service drowning any ounce of hope I had had for this new establishment.

  Ordered a couple times everytime the service is garbage. Had to ask for my cups for beverages and the people who work there literally just stand in the way and talk like we don't exist. Takes forever to get food even with small orders. There must be at least 7 to 8 people working everytime I go and literally half are doing nothing. And enforce a dress code a person was wearing a shirt that didnt cover there stomach and their gut is hanging out literally as I warch them make food. Disgusting.
