  I had food delivered I've never had Jimmy John's before but this was a great lunch I had it was like a turkey club for the sandwich and potatoe salad was great

  Ordered delivery at 3PM. Get a call at 3:15 stating that they don’t have a delivery driver today and are sending delivery orders via Grubhub/Uber but will still be fast. Great, no problem. Here it is 4 o’clock and I still don’t have my food. Lady who called me to inform me was apologetic and nice, I’m not blaming the crew. How do you offer delivery service and your tagline is “Freaky Fast” but have no drivers?

  I am a huge Jimmy John’s fan, so I was so disappointed when I got my turkey Tom today and there was barely anything on the sandwich when I got to the end there was no turkey, thin, slice of tomato and no lettuce.
