  I ate in with my family this past Monday night. We ordered the bottomless appetizers and all of them were brung by Clare. She brung us extra dressing when we asked after our server walked past us, even though we tried to get their attention. Great attitude and service from the girl!

  Unfortunately, that was the worst food I’ve ever had! My Son and I ordered boneless chicken wings and fries with queso sauce. The sauce was spilled and broke open in the paper bag so it made a huge mess all over the place so that was a total bummer but then when I went to eat the french fries they were raw and chewy and absolutely terrible. Then I go to take a bite of the boneless chicken wings and they were so rock hard I couldn’t even chew it wayyyyy Overcooked and burnt the chicken inside was completely dehydrated and was too hard to even eat it everything went immediately into the trash your guys food is way too expensive to be this terrible of quality!!! You guys have really gone downhill. I’m sorry to say. I will never be ordering from you again.

  Ordered delivery yesterday to try their new sliders. So disappointed! I ordered them minus the fire sauce. I received four slider buns each with a very thin tiny slab of meat with a quarter square of cheese. No grilled onions as stated. Everything else we ordered was great. I do not recommend those sliders

  I'm a big BWW fan but this was the worst delivery meal I've had from them. I ordered the sampler with boneless wings sliders and cheescurds. The wings were the same size as the curds (which were overcooked). I got the grissle chunks from the end of the night or something. Which is very disappointing

  We had a disappointing experience during our visit. It started with a 15-minute wait just to receive our drinks, and when they finally arrived, our server explained that the delay was due to both herself and the bar staff needing to make a simple lemonade. After placing our food order, our server immediately went to another table and spent time chatting with people who appeared to be friends or family. This resulted in an extended wait for our meals. When the food did arrive, it was correct, but the service issues continued. After giving her our card to pay, she again went directly back to the same table and spent additional time socializing while holding onto our card, which was concerning and unprofessional. Only after that did she process the payment and return it to us. As we were leaving, she returned once again to that table to continue her conversation. Overall, the experience felt inattentive and unprofessional, and it significantly impacted our visit.
