  I stood at the counter for close to ten minutes watching five associates walk back and forth. Not once acknowledging that I was waiting to be helped. I eventually walked out. I won’t beg to spend my money.

  They don't take orders over the phone which is very very inconvenient when there are menu items that aren't available on their online menu, so that sucks. I happen to work in a place where I need to pre-order food so that I can make it back in time but this makes it difficult if I have to travel to the location to order and then wait another 20-30 minutes before my order is done and then go back is kind of defeating the purpose. You really need to do better. At least update the online menu so that it reflects all of the items that you're selling

  3rd time visiting this location where the customer service was no existent. On my 2nd bad visit I paid for 2 smoothies and received (1) of the (2) and waited almost 15 minutes for the 2nd smoothie even thou customers were getting theirs, I told the young lady that took the order I think they forgot to make my 2nd smoothie and she asked if they were making it, one of the girls says she’s making it now, never made it and the girl who took my order had to go back behind the counter on her break to make the 2nd smoothie for me, that was strike number 2 for this location. The third strike came today when I stood in front of the register for close to 5 minutes in store full of employees and the only worker that said anything was a worker again appearing to be taking her break and she asked me did I already pay, I tell her no, not yet and continue to wait for someone to take my order, minutes later another worker gets her attention asking her about her order and pulls her up to the counter in front of me and proceeds to get her order going ahead of me and my order even thou nobody has even attempted to take my order. I advise tropical smoothie to run back the cameras and see how customers like me won’t be back to this location. This little young staff that don’t understand it’s the people like me that come in and patronize the business is the only way it stays open, but I won’t be back, not this this location

  The morning crew is always amazing!! On the last 2 occasions I stopped by, they were getting orders in and out. The first stop I came in and they were moving through the orders. I expected a wait on my next visit going through drive through but no they were probably faster. This made for a great start to the morning. Big thanks to the AM management that gets you in and out in time for work.

  My experience was bittersweet. Due to the fact I was told that I didn't have reward points because my tropical app wasn't brought up to scan off my phone. However when I arrived home and checked. I had over 700 pts plus free items available. This tropical don't take time out to check your rewards. That's what rewards are for! But my meal and beverage was good.😶
