  Outside could be cleaned up. My pizza & wings were delicious!. Good customer service too.

  My pizza wasn’t what I ordered and the wings were dry when I asked for it to be fixed I got charged again for the extra toppings I already paid for online this is crazy

  Update: Management said "sorry" without refunding my money. Do not patronize these crooks with poor quality food. I ordered online using a tmobile promotion for a free pan pizza with a $2 purchase. Upon check out, the bill reflected discount and card was processed. I received email confirmation. I sent my daughter to pick it up before heading to work due to my being injured. My daughter was charged again in store, except she was charged full price. I called immediately after being requested a refund of get money. Manager Melissa told me her system did not show payment online. Unsure how since I've never had such an issue at any other establishment, I requested a refund of the food that was supposed to be free using pizza hut discount code. Melissa refused and told me to ask tmobile for my money back from pizza hut (ridiculous, yes). She offered me the only solution of returning the food (which doesn't work for numerous reasons) rather than accepting it was pizza hut at fault for such an inconvenience. When I tried to resolve with corporate office, Melissa told corporate she was giving me an in-store refund, which never happened. I was told above store leadership would reach out in 1-3 business days for a resolution, it's now 5 business days and I'm being told the same thing. Corporate seems to be somewhere in India. Bring back Lavan Hawkins! Disgraceful service, no wonder they're struggling these days.
