  My husband ordered the 30 mild wings. When I tell you they were disgusting, old tasting, and thrown together. Yall kitchen cooks need to tighten up because that was ridiculous. I won't be back. $45 for 30 wings and the quality sucks.

  It was mother's day so I can understand but my steak was cooked how I asked..... If I didn't have a great waiter I may have left..... Everything that was rite he made sure he got it right 🙏🏿

  Excellent service, everyone was so kind from the moment we walked in. They have delicious chicken and mashed potatoes! Love the new mozzarella sticks, too! Would totally come back here!

  This was the WORST outback I’ve ever been to. From the food to the server/service, the gentleman was very nonchalant and didn’t listen to my table at all on what we PRECISELY ordered and this isn’t our first go round here. We’re very aware of the up charge it’s even shown on the menu! He insisted on giving us what he WANTED us to have, and didn’t even check on our table other waitress/waiters had to bring our food out and he was nonchalant about that! I didn’t even have a spoon to eat with my soup. Not only was that terrible but so was my food the bread on my chicken fell off my chicken before I could even cut it, my macaroni was also hard and flavorless, my loaded mash was a hard BRICK. I just cannot believe it.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience at Outback Steakhouse (Southfield) was disappointing from start to finish. The service started out okay after being seated at the bar due to a 20-minute wait on tables. The server became inattentive in between serving other customers. After being seated we waited far too long for certain items we asked for such as (bread, and butter), and it didn’t improve from there. Our server seemed disengaged and checked on us only once. As for the food, it didn’t live up to the expectations at all. The steak was overcooked and lacked flavor, The mock croc tasted like a watered down sprite, and the side that came with my lunch special had an up charged after I specifically asked the server before purchasing the loaded mash potatoes which sides can I choose from without a charge. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. Once, I received my bill I asked the server about the up charge which seemed to irritate her. After she spoke with management, who she claimed was to busy to speak with me & my associate, she explained that she made a mistake, and then took an additional 30-minutes to cash out my order, Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. I hope this location can improve, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t return or recommend it. This is the second time I have been to this location in the past 2 years, and this time was worse than the first.
