- ASA SmithApr 11, 20261.0Waited 15 minutes in line after being greeted, then they took the person who came 5 minutes after me in the next lane because they forgot I was there after asking me to wait a minute. 3rd time this has happened in the past month. On top of it the person who pulled into my lane behind me after both of us skipped the line, pulled ahead of us and picked up their mobile order. I tried to do the same and they told me I had to go around again and get back in line. I cancelled my order and will never come back to this location. Wasted in total 25 minutes of my time because they can't keep their lanes straight and the new staff doesn't do their job properly.
