The cashier gave me the cup for the drink and while I waited for the food to be prepared, I realized I had been charged $8.89 for french fries that I did not order while the drink was not charged. I ended up with a great burger, drink, and an enormous order of fries that I never requested. The staff were friendly, but accuracy of orders would save money and food from being wasted.
- MBMatt Howard BAug 5, 20261.0Warning do not use Uber Eats or door dash. You can call the store about your order to find out the delay. The manager will tell you I’m not making your order. You can explain the issue to uber support. They will still charge you a cancellation fee. The app is now sending a fifth driver to pick up my order. Ironically I thought ordering after the lunch rush would be a good decision. So at the end of the day the universe way of telling me I should have gotten a salad. The bigger picture, I would hope the store manager would understand it’s not about the waste you have today when you lose a customer forever. I wished I could have made a review saying how grateful I was that five guys remade my order when I called but service is not the standard they are more focused on waste!!!
