  Terrible customer service. Indian woman owner has a terrible attitude and was unprofessional and rude. Got my oder wrong and when I addressed it she tried to convince me I did not order what I ordered. DRINK WAS TRASH. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

  Nothing wrong with the food. But the tall young guy could use some more customer service training. No hello, not even an acknowledgement to my thanks you’s. The petite woman who took my order was very nice though.

  The young male employee was very unfriendly and didn’t greet customers at all. It was a very unpleasant experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. While making my drink, he moved a trash can with his bare hands and then continued preparing the drink without washing his hands. There seemed to be no understanding of proper hygiene. Everything gets backed up at the drive-thru window as well. I definitely don’t want to go back.

  Came in on May 5 to order for me and my team. The Barista didn’t greet me pleasantly at all nor did he provide the bare minimum with customer service. I was about to spend a lot of money ended up only spending 3 dollars because he didn’t ask if I needed anything else, he just walked away. And my coffee is completely wrong. Just threw it away. I will never return nor recommend this location.

  Don't purchase from this location. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further and go to either on greenfield rd. on Oak Park or Southfield. I ordered a maple foster and strawberry frosted both doughnuts barely had any frosting at all! It was spread so thinly you could see the doughnut. The frosting was spread so thin like as glaze. Them no matter what day I come they act like they always forget to put the sugar pepper on the snacking bacon. The woman at your drive thru is telling me we put it in there and I held up bare naked regular bacon! Then she takes the pack back and like I don't know what happened. I'm like I do, there was never any on there. Let's not even get to my cold brew! I always order 4 pumps I literally know the taste of 4 pumps, you already know I didn't get 4 pumps. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else for your coffee and doughnut fix bc I could have spent my $12 elsewhere.
