The food was regular old Chipotle food, but the service was really “just below subpar”, and so was the atmosphere.

The food is lack luster and the service is terrible. The manager is rude and if you come here be prepared to wait 20 minutes to order. - LHlela huebnerSep 27, 20261.0Ordered catering for 25 people at the Telegraph & 12 Mile location in Southfield, over 24 hours in advance for a 6:15 PM pickup. Arrived to find the order wasn't ready. Staff first lied and said it was being prepped, then later flatly denied any order existed under my name, and incorrectly told me I was at the wrong location, even after I showed them my confirmation. The store was nearly empty the whole time. After 45 minutes and a call to corporate confirming my order was in fact at this location, staff still refused to produce it. I had to find food elsewhere for my group of 25, almost two hours late. The charge posted to my card anyway, and the refund I was promised never came through as an email, only a generic order confirmation. Now dealing with corporate and my bank to get this sorted out. Coworkers who've been to this Telegraph location separately have reported the same pattern, rude employees and running out of food. I have been a long time Chipotle customer and never had such a terrible experience . Skip this location entirely.
