Food sometimes tastes like it is old or not prepared probably, line moves very slow, and the counters they prepare the food on are clearly not cleaned very well. Also some of the employees seem like they have a bad attitude but others are fine. and this is coming from someone who is a big fan of Chipotle and who frequents multiple locations.

From certain food being unavailable after a certain time which always happens to be hours before closing. The staff moves slow with zero sense of urgency as I’m typing this review is before 9pm and almost all the food containers are empty due to staff concentrating more on closing (which is in 2 hours) than actual good customer service

We chose “fast food” over a sit down restaurant and waited 30 minutes in line to not have what was wanted. I should have just gone to a sit down restaurant and would have actually ate and been in and out quicker. Zero hustle in this place.

I’d never go back to a chipotle if I thought they were all run like this. Had to take to my car to eat bc no way I was eating inside. Meat tasted old and sour cream tasted off like it had been sitting out. Will never step foot in this building again. Better off going to Taco Bell

Thank goodness someone was walking out so we didn't have to touch it lol We walk in and it's dirty like the door, every table, filthy. We ordered and Brian, I believe his name was, was very nice and helpful. He greeted us with a smile. The food looked old and like it was sitting out all day. But we ordered anyway. We were debating eating in the car since it was so dirty. Luckily, they have outside sitting, whew! So we set out side and ate. The chips were so salty my feet were swollen lol smh... Go at your own risk 🤷🏾
