  The slowest, rudest, dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been too. Staff was so rude to customers in front of me. No apology for messing up their order, I felt so bad for the girl when she asked for her burrito to be re-wrapped, and they dumped it into a new shell took so long doing it and then didn't even apologize to the woman. No thank you when you pay no sorry for the wait. I mean who teaches these people basic common courtesy and customer service at a restaurant. Had they done that, it would make the rest of the miserable experience and having to deal with the food and trash all over the place, bearable and almost not as big of a deal. But when you give lousy service on top of that, it just makes it horrible. Chipotle needs to wake up or they're gonna lose many customers because quality and good service is what people expect from this brand.

  My wife and I visited this location at noon today and were deeply disappointed by the management's conduct. After asking an employee who was in charge, we were informed that the manager on duty was David. Shortly after, we witnessed David publicly reprimand and humiliate a young employee in front of a full line of customers. He then instructed other staff members not to assist, leaving this young man to manage the entire lunch rush alone before David walked out entirely. Despite the unfair pressure, the young employee remained composed and did a fantastic job preparing our food. However, the severe lack of leadership and respect shown toward staff was unacceptable, and we will not return to a business that treats its hard-working employees this way.

  I visited this location during my lunch break around 11:30 AM and was deeply disturbed by the behavior of the manager, David. While waiting in line with several other customers, we all witnessed David loudly yelling at and berating a young male employee with a ponytail. He was publicly degrading him and threatening to write him up right in front of a full store of patrons. To make matters worse, David explicitly instructed two other employees not to help this young man, leaving him to struggle alone with a long line of customer orders. Shortly after this display, David gathered his things and left the store. Another employee informed us that David treats the staff like this regularly. I want to commend the young employee who was targeted—he handled a terrible, unfair situation with incredible grace and apologized to all of us for the delay. The customers in line completely understood and rallied behind him. Management like this is completely unacceptable. No employee deserves to be publicly humiliated or set up to fail by their superior. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be advising my friends, family, and coworkers to avoid it as well. I will never support a business that treats its hard-working staff this way. Avoid this location.

  Not a fan of this location. Food sometimes tastes like it is old or not prepared probably, line moves very slow, and the counters they prepare the food on are clearly not cleaned very well. Also some of the employees seem like they have a bad attitude but others are fine. and this is coming from someone who is a big fan of Chipotle and who frequents multiple locations.
