- RERow enSep 28, 20265.0Most of the complaints on here seem to come from people not knowing what they're ordering and then being upset when their food doesn't come out the way they imagined, rather than the way it's normally prepared at Chick-fil-A, and there are some things you can just generally expect when you dine out (im looking at you paper thin pickles at almost every restaurant in the country) That aside, I've never really had an issue with the food here. The grilled chicken tastes amazing and the market salad is one of my favorites. Some of the salads I've ordered have actually had tons of toppings, which is always nice. Some of the dressings/sauces are an extra charge, hence the reason they dont hand out extras but i find one dressing is usually enough. I also see several people claiming that this location doesn't say "my pleasure," but I've heard it every time I've gone in, and I've heard employees say it to other customers as well. I did have a small issue with an order once, and they were happy to fix it with a smile when I brought it up. They even gave me a free brownie. Overall, this Chick-fil-A has never disappointed me. My advice is simply to expect that there may be a longer wait during busy times, know what you're ordering, confirm your order with the cashier, and check your food before leaving so that any discrepancies can be addressed before you get home or to work. At the end of the day, this is a restaurant, and specifically a fast-food restaurant. They're there to provide food and drinks and reasonable customer service. Customers have some responsibility to know what they're ordering, communicate what they want, and check their order when they receive it. Mistakes happen, especially at a location this busy, and what matters is whether they're willing to correct them when they're brought to their attention. If you're expecting every detail of your experience to be anticipated and handled for you, you're probably expecting a level of service that isn't realistic for a fast-food restaurant.

Trash can automatically opens on its own, fresh roses in cute glass coke bottles, super cute decor, and table service which made the experience so much more memorable and pleasant. The place was pretty busy but food came quick and it was hot and fresh. They even left a free breakfast item card on the tray for me. Completely impressed!
