  Every single, and I mean EVERY single time I order a bagel. EXTRA SAUCE. sauce that I PAY for. And every single time, I get either no sauce or so little sauce there might as well not be any on it. I don’t understand what I am paying for??

  I ordered a McDouble with only cheese and onion, and when I received it, there were no visible onions on top of my burger. I brought it back for a scoop of onions, but they refused telling us there was already onions on the bottom. I counted 13 specks of minced onion. This is not a one time occurrence.

  Worst McDonalds ever. I am so tired of paying for food I don’t get and when you call to find a solution for the problem you are just told “we’re super busy and short staffed”; This has been this answer for years, either staff your restaurant appropriately and care about the business you provide or just close your doors. At this point you are just stealing from people that are paying for food you are failing to provide.

  The place runs like a typical McDonald’s, but the running joke about the shake machine being broken seems to be true more often than not. That said, the staff here usually gets my orders right, which honestly isn’t always the case at other locations. The food is exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s, nothing surprising but consistently the same.
