  These guys actually left off the meat on a sandwich and made us come back to pick it up instead of delivering to our address because “it’s money coming out of their pocket”. Good job, folks! Keep up the great work.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I called simply to ask if you were hiring and spoke with the manager. He asked if he could put me on hold for a second, so I politely waited. After sitting on hold for about 11 minutes, the call was disconnected. When I called back, I was immediately told that they weren’t hiring. For future reference, if you’re not hiring, it’s completely okay to say that from the start. It would’ve saved both of us time. I wasn’t upset that you weren’t hiring—I was just disappointed by the unnecessary wait and lack of communication. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service for future callers.

  Asked for oil and vinegar - none. Asked for basil and oregano- none . Unripe tomatoes- literally pink and white, not even red. Terrible.

  Ordered online and waited almost 2 hours without receiving any notification that my order was ready. When I finally went in to check, they said it had been ready the whole time. Food was fine, but the communication was really poor. If you order ahead, I’d recommend calling or checking in person instead of waiting for a text. Pretty frustrating experience overall.
