  Had the most horrendous experience with this Papa Johns. We had ordered a bulk amount of pizzas almost 2 weeks before our wedding day for our wedding After Party. I called months in advance to see how much of a notice they would need to make sure it could be done and go smoothly, and the manager said they needed only a few days to a week. I called about two weeks out just to make sure and asked if it was okay to place the order now and the employee said he would see if the system will let it let them do it yet, and it did. They took my order, took our payment, gave us a reference number and an authorization number and assured me everything was good. I asked them if they needed us to follow up as it was closer or on the day of and they said no, that the order would come to their system at the time that it was supposed to be made, and they would make it and deliver it. We added this to our wedding day timeline as it was a delivery that needed to be known and scheduled with the Venue and staff. Come our wedding day, at the time it was supposed to arrive for the After Party nothing ever showed. Everything was chaotic after the reception with trying to clean up the tent, close with vendors, and talk with our guests. We should not be worrying about if they showed up as they said they would and as we paid for. We had guests waiting in the parking lot to be there to try to direct the driver if they had any questions since it was a little bit of a reclusive location. No one ever came and 100 people were left starving at the after party and wasted time waiting around in the parking lot for almost an hour. I had to spend the morning after my wedding calling them to see what happened and they had no idea what my reference or authorization number even was and said they can’t look it up by that and they would have to get with the supervisor, but she wasn’t in until the next day. I said we were going on our honeymoon and I would not necessarily be available to talk the next day, but I needed someone to figure it out. They apparently had no record of our order and it was never made. They were no help on the phone and seem to have no idea what I was talking about, but it looked like the charge had apparently been pending the whole time and dropped off when the order wasn’t fulfilled. However, I never heard back from a supervisor or manager to let me know that, nor to explain what happened and how the order was lost, nor to apologize for ruining our After Party of our wedding.

  We are visiting from out of town. Wanted an easy supper. Ordered pizza for 10. Was expecting a wait but it was delivered early. Tasted great. Delivery driver was nice.

  This the third time ordering from south haven papa John's. Everytime its been disappointing. This time our garlic knots were so small you could just pop them in your mouth. I got the epic garlic stuff crust and there was no seasoning on the crust. It was really dry. And thw topping were mostly in thw center of the pizza. My boneless wing had little to no sauce. Basically one stripe on each nugget. The brownie was good.
