We were coming in from out of town, all the way from Missouri and wanted to see the sunset. They were pretty busy, but made sure customers were all happy!

I had to wait for them to make my order which include cheesy breadsticks. When they finished my sandwich, that's all they gave me until I had to tell them what my order was. They handed me a box that had been waiting there the entire time. I took it home to find out they were breadsticks only, not cheesy breadsticks. No apologies, no compensation. Just really poor service.

Very very disappointed will not return until I hear that their toppings get put on to A satisfactory amount. They advertise the best toppings, but they must not realize that you have to put them on the pizza. A very overpriced skimpy pizza with no toppings. If I wanted a cheese pizza, I would’ve ordered one.

Im never eating pizza from them. I should at least get $20 back for the time but nope! This is the one in south haven mi.
