  One of the best McDonald’s I have been to. Friendly people and awesome indoor playground.

  Has a kids play area and is one of the few indoor play places for kids when the weather is bad. Can be busy and quite dirty especially in the kids area.

  Absolutely rude. Put in an online order and they didn't have it even though it was paid for. The cashier couldn't find the order and asked for the manager, Barb to come over. Barb looked at my friend and said "You're the only one who ever has a problem. You're the one who has a problem every time. I can't do anything for you." And walked off. My friend and I have never even been to this city before. After my friend started getting upset, the manager, Barb, said she could promo it but that's all she could do and she waved us off like you would a peasant. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. And from the manager of all people!!!!! It was insane and they should not employ people in customer service who act like that. I've worked customer service for years and even when some customers deserved me being shitty to them, I still didn't. Absolutely disgusting behavior. In addition, the hash browns weren't hot. All the attitude and only subpar food. I feel bad for all the people who work under Barb.

  Bathrooms absolutely were disgusting, play place was dirty, employees not friendly, I could see if it was late in the afternoon but it was before noon and this place was a disaster.

  Ordered happy meals through the app. All the meals were short. Talked to Christina the manager. She didn't care. Said that she would talk to her staff about counting correctly. This is terrible customer service.
