  I was waiting in line to pickup my online order in the drive thru, when to my surprise, it absolutely reeked. Two seconds later, I hear someone yacking in the dumpster area. Would not stop coughing. I was hungry, but the smell and the coughing completely ruined my appetite. The smoke was fine. That stayed contained. I called the store and spoke with the manager, because I wasn’t sure if they were even employees that were smoking. I explained to him that I’m not sure who is back there, but there are two people smoking marijuana by the dumpsters and smelling up the drive thru terribly. He confirmed, yes they were smoking, and that they were on break. I explained that what they’re doing on their break is none of my business, I also do not have a problem with smoking, but it seriously is a HUGE turnoff when standing in the line. Rather than even taking my feedback, he told me he’d talk to them and hung up on me completely. Which is wild from a manager. Not sure if he even was a manager at this point, but if he is, he’ll really just let him employees do anything, even if it’s costing the business customers. He does not care about the success of the store. Probably would prefer there be no customers at all. Food was good

  I went at lunch time. Drive thru was pretty quick. I tried the Ruben. A little disappointed. The fries were old. I would have ask for some new ones, but I was on a time crunch.

  I think they’ve switched to lab grown meat. The chicken was flavorless and so tough we could hardly bite into several of the tenders. They were half the size of the ones we had a month The bathroom was disgusting and when we told them, they didn’t even go in and clean it!

  Manager was in cooking postion making food without gloves. Absolutely wretched
