  I had a bad experience here when they first opened. Figured it was growing pains. Gave it another shot again tonight. Took 5 mins for the kid to put my order in. Waited another 10 min for my food. I’ll keep driving 10 min out of my way to the 23 mile and Romeo Plank.

  ⭐️ 1 Star We decided to stop at Taco Bell for a quick bite before going to bed. To save time, my wife placed our order through the app and selected “Pick Up – Drive-Thru.” We waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes, only to be told by the employee at the window that we were supposed to have placed the pickup request at the window. So what exactly is the point of having a pickup option in the app if the restaurant doesn’t properly support it? After waiting 40 minutes, we were basically told that we had done it wrong, even though we followed the instructions available in the app. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and an extremely frustrating experience. What should have been a quick late-night meal turned into a 40-minute waste of time. I honestly don’t understand how a simple pickup order can be handled this poorly. Never coming back to this location.

  I don't know if it's the same people who work nights or what but this is consistently the worst TB and needs an employee/management overhaul. The food arrives cold most of the time from DD despite the time from pick up by the driver to grabbing it off the porch is like 10 minutes tops on a bad night. The food in the bag if it's even what we ordered more often than not has things we requested removed still on it or random things added when the requests are for allergy reasons. And then even if it's correct after that, the food is either not or barely in their wrapping, or has sauce or whatever all over the wrapping making it a mess, or it's all smashed up. I don't usually give enough of a crap to bother with reviews but considering this is usually the only place open by the time we're home and ready for dinner it's ridiculous how often it's awful especially given the price. Should be like 75c for the quality they put out. If everything arrives as it should the food is usually solid though it's just a rare occurrence.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE I have been to this location numerous times they always mess up my orders, rude customer service, and they take so long for your food to come out. I’ve been to better Taco Bell locations than this garbage location. This is one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Just drive over to the Van Dyke and Utica locations they are far better than this establishment.

  I don’t even be leaving reviews like this but man. Genuinely the worst T Bell I’ve been to and I’ve been to a ton in my years. Out of the 11 times I’ve been here, 8 of those times I’ve literally just left because the service was horrendously poor and/or the wait time was 30+ min. Today I pulled into the drive through for a classic $7 deluxe cravings box, hoping this time it’ll be different. Nope. Was stuck in line for 30-35 mins. Numerous people put their cars in reverse and left, I tried staying but as soon as I saw a window to leave I did just that. If I go a few miles down towards Hall rd, that Taco Bell is quick and easy. I have no clue why this particular store is a mess 24/7. Maybe every time I go there it’s training day or something. I genuinely hate this location with a passion. Management or even the owners, please if you are reading this, please just train the staff better or change it up in there. Totally unacceptable.
