Horrible, yelled at use for asking for ketchup.
Messed up our order, very very rude took 30 min for food. It tasted like a bag for salt got dumped all over the food Gave use the wrong drinks gave a diabetic that ordered a Diet Coke got a regular coke and would not take it back so he could not drink it.I asked for a root beer and got a doctor pepper I am very upset with the situation I can proudly say I will NEVER EVER go there again. Please save your time and money.

Pulled into stall to place order. My husband had to yell into the speaker and the girls still couldn’t hear him. Recd our food 15 minutes later-made wrong. Asked for no tomato-tomato was on the burger. Fries and tots had so much salt that we couldn’t eat them. Didn’t receive straws for drinks. Pushed button on screen and nobody would answer. So, there is almost $30 wasted on this trash service and food. I would definitely stay far away from this Sonic. We didn’t even get a receipt, so I don’t have an order number (probably some on purpose because they know they are awful).

I attempted to place an order using the kiosk, but after waiting approximately 10 minutes, no one acknowledged or assisted me. During that time, I observed that vehicles were continuously moving through the drive-thru line. Rather than continue waiting, my husband and I left the lobby and went through the drive-thru to place our order.
While in the drive-thru, we observed multiple employees eating and drinking while serving customers and handling food. This behavior is concerning, as eating while preparing or handling food can create potential food safety and sanitation issues.
We were very disappointed, frustrated, and upset by both the lack of customer service and the apparent disregard for professional workplace standards. We expect a higher level of service and attention to food safety from your establishment. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address these concerns.
Honestly never been to a place where they take long to take your order. And when they do they'll take an hour for a simple order of 2 drinks and 2 corn dogs. We check in and never got to us we went to the machine to order and never got our order until we had to say something? How is this even acceptable seems like they have enough staff and there wasn't any line. Drive-thru recommended only unless you want to wait hours
insane wait at the drive thru. we placed a mobile order at 9:20pm and, after very poor communication, got signaled to pull up to the window 30 minutes after we were told to “give her a second” from the speaker. within about 20 minutes, a brunette girl stuck her head out the door, saw the long line, and didn’t say anything. after we got up to the window, it was an additional 10 minute wait. and when mentioning the time, we were told “it’s not her fault because it’s just two of them & their systems are down” (ignoring the fact she never got my name until i was AT the window but she could see my order so they couldn’t have been down enough to cause a 30+ minute wait…) and when i said that they could’ve communicated it better, she rudely slammed the window in my face. glad to see that this sonic likes wasting people’s time & being rude while they’re at it <3 never coming back here again.
