  Placed an online order for a smoothie to pick up at the counter, no one came up to me or even acknowledge I’m even there. After 10 minutes I left, will not come back ever.

  The worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s location in my life. Sarah at the drive through was extremely rude, and didn’t want to take my order at all. I started off with 4 big macs… as I’m getting food for my family and she immediately shut me down before I could put in the second item? She said “UM YEAH NO THATS WAY TOO BIG OF AN ORDER YOU NEED TO COME DOWN TO PLACE IT BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD UP MY LINE” I took a good look… and noticed at 10:00 PM at night I was the only car in the drive thru… holding up what line I asked? At that point I just drove off because I knew by her attitude the food would be nasty as well.

  My kids and I were really excited to get the Huntrix McDonald's meals, but we ended up very disappointed. To start, the service was extremely slow and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for the food. The appearance was mediocre: it didn't come in the advertised packaging, we got Saja Boys trading cards instead of Huntrix, and no Derpy on the McFlurry! The food was also mediocre: melted McFlurries, soggy french fries and cold nuggets. And it was so overpriced! I'm not sure if it's McDonald's quality in general lately or that specific location, but we probably won't go there again.

  Once again, NO APPLES with oatmeal, advertised & purchased as such with zero mention from employee? Apples cost 1.99 on the menu why aren't refunds or subs being offered to meet the purchase agreement? sounds a bit obvious and might cost the corporation as a whole!
