    I order from Jimmy John’s through the app every Monday, so I’m very familiar with the normal pickup experience. Today was by far the WORST experience I’ve had. I received the notification that my order was ready, so I walked in expecting to simply grab it from the pickup shelf and leave. There were no orders on the shelf, and I stood there for at least 2 minutes without being acknowledged. I was the only customer in the store, and the staff worker who was standing right there — (woman wearing a black long sleeve top (not Jimmy John’s apparel), with the long blonde ponytail — completely ignored me. When she finally asked what I needed, I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She asked for my first and last name and then told me they had to "cut the bread". Fine, except I then had to stand there and wait while they made my entire sandwich from scratch, despite the app notifying me that my order was ready. What made the experience even worse was the woman’s poor attitude. When she finally handed me my bag, she had the most unpleasant expression on her face and didn't offer even a simple apology or acknowledgment for the fact that I had been standing there waiting. Things happen. Orders can be delayed. Bread can need to be cut. What isn’t acceptable is the complete lack of basic customer service and the attitude toward a regular customer. On top of that my order was wrong! I order from this location every Monday, and today’s experience was so unpleasant that I will not be back. If customer service isn’t your thing, you probably shouldn’t be the person interacting with customers.

    Catered sub boxes for our family funeral. Staff was friendly and held our order for hours past our original pickup with no problem. Subs were still very fresh and they were gone before the end of the wake. Thank you

    I swear nobody can do they job anymore. Paid extra for extra tuna and got the regular amount. Good all the way home and realized this... I am not happy that I paid extra for nothing

    I went there twice in one week and the food was good. I have no complaints. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is excellent.

    Besides it not being freaky fast and waiting almost 30 minutes, the worst part is the stomach issues. Shortly after eating my turkey tom (15 min afterwards), my stomach has been an awful mess. I've taken meds, and it's getting worse. This is either that parasite, or other poor hygiene at this location. Either way, the runs are likely with stomach pain. Still going on 8 hours of this. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
