- RKReju KurianSep 22, 20261.0Don’t like to give out bad reviews but I can see why this location have low ratings.. waited in drive thru lane for almost 15 mins and my car haven’t moved.. multiple cars that been waiting including myself have to go inside to pick it up and my meal was already ready.. no sense of urgency by the employees, multiple people were waiting by the mobile pick up section while there’s like 1-2 customers in line ordering. No common courtesy to apologize for the wait.. while I got home, the food was cold

Isaiah made my bowl to perfection-great portions, wonderful service, and was incredibly helpful since I do not visit Chipotle frequently. He knew a great amount of detail to what ingredients and preparations went into making a lot of the food. I am SUPER impressed and will be coming back. Give him a raise!

I tried today against my better judgment after reading reviews thinking they had probably addressed all their issues. They have not, and obviously do not care about the steady stream of negative feedback. Management should be fired and the restaurant should be fined and closed. The stations were alarmingly dirty with food and meat spread out everywhere on what are supposed to be clean sanitary surfaces. Overflowing garbage’s, drink stations in complete disarray and disgusting. Order was missing my sauces that I paid extra for. Portions were absolutely not as advertised. HEED THE REVIEWS!
