  Pulled through a little before, 10 just wanted to shake. In some chicken bites, the line was long. But moved, okay, until they took my order. Then, it stopped almost completely took almost 20 minutes to actually get to the window, and then the 2 girls operating the window couldn't find my order. Ask me my name 3 times it seemed just completely lost. And confused, charged my card, then ask me again what my order. And name was after having charged me which really concerned me. What did you just charge me? And why then had me pull up after no one else had to pull forward, it's been 12 minutes. I've been sitting here, I've watched 3 cars go past 2 of which the girls have stood outside. And chatted and goofed, run with the driver for a length of time and I still don't have any food. I'm starting to get really angry. And wonder why I couldn't just get my food. I definitely will never pull forward again when asked to. And that's if I ever come through this location? Again, the one in jesterfield does not ever have these problems. I've never had to pull forward, nor have I ever had to wait. This long, even when there are a ton of cars, the whole design and business model of chick Fleet is to process a high volume of customers in an orderly. And timely fashion, these girls need to be fired. Clearly they are incompetent of doing the most basic entry level job possible. What terrifies me is, I'm guessing they probably have or will have driver's licenses. And at some point we'll be allowed to vote. May God have mercy on us all

  Honestly this location used to be the best. Now it’s gone real down hill. You can stand at the counter, to get help with your food, all day and it will mean nothing unless you stop them and tell them you need help. If I’m standing at the counter with my cup in my hand to be refilled there’s a clue I need help. Ordered some cookies that were hard and cold and when I asked why I got old cookies they said I’d have to wait for a new batch. So I get served old cookies instead of yall making a new batch? Gross. With how expensive everything is now I’m paying $50 bucks for a family of four at Chick-fil-A my food better be damn near perfect every time.

  I have to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. Took my family to this Chic Fil A after my kids baseball game at the UWM stadium. We ordered 4 milkshakes. They were so thick that it was like ice cream. There was barely any cookies & Cream in them.. i asked for no cherry which said it right on the sticker. Came with a cherry, my son asked for extra and didn't get extra so I gave him mine. I guess it worked out for him in the end. We waited close to 10 minutes for the shakes to begin with. We were mostly done with our meals before they even came. My daughter did go up and ask of they could fix hers and make it shake so she could drink it. They did and it was much better the second time around. My boy and I just used a spoon and ate ours like ice cream even though it was more of a vanilla shake. I'm not writing this chic fil a off by any stretch, they can just do better. At least who ever is making the shakes can lol. The rest of the food was great.. there was 7 of us and the bill was $95 which I thought was not bad for what we got. It won't deter from Chi Fil A in the future. It was just not a great experience and hopefully my little is helpful for growth for whoever was on the shake machine. If you aim to please, you'll do the best you can.

  We had such an amazing experience with Chick-fil-A! We ordered lunch for a large event, and their team truly went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Caleb, who delivered our order—he was incredibly kind, brought everything in with a smile, and even helped us get it all set up. When we realized we didn’t have enough cups, he didn’t hesitate to offer to drive back and grab more so everyone could enjoy their lemonade. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. Thank you for helping make our event a success! 👏
