  You won't find a worse McDonald's in Kalamazoo county. I suspect you won't find a worse one in the world, but I don't have the money or the time to confirm that theory. They have got my order wrong more often than they have gotten it right over the years that I have had the misfortune of having no other option in town.

  I really thought they had gotten their act together. Did the drive-thru today and got home and my fish sandwich was on a toasted bun. 😝 Seriously even managers at McDonald's said it's on a streamed bun not grilled. Was it someone new or didn't care or lazy. Please all the fish sandwiches are on steamed buns. Needless to say I had just the fish, no bun. Also, when did they start that cheeseburgers only get one pickle? Paid over $21.00 for two meals and so disappointed 😞.

  Would give 0 stars if allowed. Gone here twice, both experiences have been far below expectations. This second time I ordered a hotcakes a has brown and an Ice Carmel macchiato. I didn’t get my almost 3$ hash brown. If they didn’t worry so much about their times and getting people out the drive through as fast as possible they wouldn’t mess peoples simple orders up.

  Went in to use the restroom and order something to take home for dinner. I walk in, there's a worker laying down on the bench at a table sleeping, go into the restroom and it's totally filthy! Try to wash my hands, both soap dispensers don't work. I walk out over to the counter, there's a mess on the counter, dirty tables, food all over the floor and I see employees standing around, in the kitchen, drinking sodas, no gloves and I got no service. Absolutely horrible and gross!

  Put a mobile order in for drive thru but I needed to do a separate order for a drink. The manager her name is "Cheeta" or "Sheeda" wouldn't let us place a second order. That it was one order pre car. But the car in front of us was allowed to do two separate orders. When this was brought to her attention she got an attitude. And informed us that if we wanted to do another order we could go inside. She was rude and very unprofessional at her job.
