Each time I have either been missing something, been charged for something I didn't order, or had my order be completely wrong. I have the feeling it's more because of the AI order taking set up they have than the employees, but I think the employees are possibly also not catching basic issues and double checking orders. I only hope that someone sees this and works to improve the place because I usually have no issues at Taco Bell.
- SSsledgirl85Jul 5, 20261.0Slow service. Food was horrible. Cinnamon twists had no cinnamon and tasted like chemicals that made them impossible to choke down. Had to throw them all out. Food was under cooked and stuck to packaging so couldn't eat it. Total waste of time and money.
