- TMTristen ManninoApr 21, 20262.0I frequently order online before I go in for work to avoid the wait but 9 times out of 10 I end up still waiting, despite ordering 30 mins prior to pick up. Just tonight, I ordered when I left my house, gave them 35 minutes to make my order and I get there and they tell me “we’re still waiting on the steak to be done”. Okay, no worries. I asked how long and one of the employees- who was rude from the start- mumbled “25 minutes”. 25 minutes??? You couldn’t have called and said “Hey, this is how long it’s looking for the steak to finish. Would you like another protein instead or cancel the order?” Seems like the professional thing to do when the customers phone number has to be put in to even order online. So the employee that actually helped me (she was sweet) offered to do a different protein instead because I couldn’t wait the 25 minutes for the food to be cooked. Just super unhappy with the customer service lately from there and I’m not usually one to make reviews just to complain but DAMN do they need to step up their game
