  They changed their closing time, but didn't update the App. Wasted Gas just to find out that they were closed. Had to cancel my order, and Refunds take up to 7 days, so a huge waste of time and money.

  Me and my fiancé came to get breakfast and the food was good except for the service they messed up on my coffee twice didn't even get it right at all and after it was made it tasted terrible im very disappointed they ruined my entire order and the manager acted like they didn't even care they were rude and didn't even care to help

  I ordered a caramel macchiato with no ice, which shouldn’t be complicated since there are both hot and cold versions. Instead, they gave me a cup that was barely half full. When I asked about it, they refused to fill it the rest of the way. On top of that, the shift leader was very rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience even worse. If I’m paying full price, I expect a full drink and basic respect—not half a cup and attitude. Really disappointing.

  I never thought in a million years I’d be here writing this. I guess I am “venting” and using this as more of a sound board more than anything. So my total was $2.11 and all I had was $2.10 handy. I asked the cashier if they had a penny. They did not. I guess I am disappointed because every other time I am at any McyD’s, I round-up to donate all of my change to the Ronald McDonald House. The lack of common courtesy over one penny, has just left me kind of stunned. I guess I should’ve opened my car door to grab one off the ground.

  Placed my order online. Was given a glass, but the pop machine wasn't working. Waited 5-10 min while the counter person talked with another customer... Nobody else offered help. Was given cold fries, when asked for Fresh, Was treated poorly. Had to flag down another employee for ketchup. Usually go to BK when in St Johns... Will stick to BK for the future
