- CDCharlene DuffinMay 12, 20261.0Went through drive thru about 9:30 5/10/2026, it was not busy. Maybe 1 other car but that might have been the teenager’s in street clothes behind counter. I asked if I could get the chalupa meal but in beef, the girl taking order said it should be no problem. Got on the road and they gave me chicken. It seemed to be chopped up chicken nuggets, since when is this even remotely Mexican! The hard shell taco was bland, the first chalupa was hardly warm and no flavor, the second chalupa was so cold and hard I bet my damn shoe would have be easier to chew. Not edible at all!! What a waste of money. I should have gone to McDonald’s. The girl in the drive thru was using a broom to either kill something up high or shut the monitor off. She was wearing rubber gloves and never changed them. Will not be returning to this sorry excuse for a restaurant. If I could give this minus 5 stars I would!

Nobody at the drive in window, 2 tables eating, nobody at the counter, just some rude guy in the kitchen who informed me it would be 15 minutes before thru could serve me. I swear Taco Bell has become Kiosk and drive through only!
