    The waitress seemed highly annoyed from beginning to end. Didn't check in on hiw service was going other then 3 seconds after the robot brought food to table. The robot was the most pleasant part of the experience.

    Called ahead to see if they were busy they said no. Went here the other day with an old friend and my girl friend. Decided to go sit down wanted some cold beer and some hot wings. Got a party plater of wings with a bunch of sauces and a large order of fries. As well as some water and some beer ordered the water and beer at the same time got the waters. One of the waters tasted like soap water so. Complained waited and waited and set the full glass at the end of the table. Got the food still no beer or new water complained again that we still hadn’t gotten the drinks. Was told she couldn’t find the beer I ordered and the beer my friend ordered was tapped out and need to be changed. Offered help to change the keg was told no waited another 15 min after getting the food for drinks. Then proceeded to have to flag the waitress down to get a box for the left over wings and the bill. After not getting any refills on anything some wrong sauces that weren’t ordered and no assistance from the waitress. (She came and checked on us once to take the food and drink order and not a single other time. Would not recommend to go sit down at this location food was okay not great. I’ll drive to a different location before I go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again

    I had to do some research and trials before posting, I am not one to do reviews in general, this specific location has the worst management and power hungry “security”. Fourth of July myself and some friends came to this location after a long day on the lake, like we ALWAYS do, and denied service to get a table because not all of us had our IDs. I personally have come in at 1030 or later alone to eat quick and never once have I been ID at the door stating we must have IDs to enter. We mentioned we don’t need drinks just wanted something to eat as they were one of the few places open that day and evening, no hello at the door or anything just a “security” guard demanding IDs and telling us to leave if we didn’t come prepared. I called and spoke to the manager and she continued to tell me this has been a rule all “ 7 years she’s worked there and every location enforced this”. Funny how I came to this establishment with different friends, AFTER 9, and guess what, no ID check and no rude manager or want to be cop. I’ll be making the trip to Clinton township or the location on mound moving forward, you would think somewhere that had 6 people inside would want our business on the 4th, because had I known our group would be denied we wouldn’t have even wasted our time driving here. (we’re all 27+)

    I have done take out orders from here plenty of times and everything was fine. Service was ok and food was ok. I recently got a delivery order from here for the second time and this time my directions were for the driver to give me my food in hand. The driver instead, left the food on the porch which allowed flies to get into my food and the boxes/bags were all ripped and soggy. I have pictures of everything but the bag that held the celery because the bag fell apart so I threw it directly in the trash. The order total was $38 I rounded up from $37 and change as a tip for the driver ironically. After i received the food i called the location immediately and told the employee what my situation was, and after she asked if i ordered from doordash or their website. I told her their website. She then asked me to go on hold so she could ask the manager what the next move should be (I had asked for a refund). She came back a few minutes later and told me that her manager said the refund would take 24 to 48 hrs to come. 48 hrs later after receiving no refund, I called again. This time I was asked to call back after 4:30, I did. When I called back I eventually got to the manager himself who was there the night I ordered, at first he told me I would need to contact DoorDash support even though I told him I didn’t order through DoorDash. He asked for a name for the person who’d taken my order and I wasn’t sure if I was thinking of the correct name so I said I wasn’t sure. He then told me he couldn’t grant me a refund because I didn’t have a name and I didn’t still have the food (two days later mind you), so I told him the name I thought of and happened to be correct. He then told me that because I gave him the correct name and had all of the other information that he would grant me a half refund of $25 because I didn’t still have the food. 48 hours later (today) I still haven’t received my refund and will be contacting them again after I write this.
