  Drive through, ordered Cheeseburger meals with sweet tea,2 fish sandwich and 2 chicken wrap. We took food home about 10 houses from McDonald's . None of meals were hot not even fries. Everything has been sitting under the light to try and stay warm, ketchup and mustard smeared over one side of each burger,fish was Luke warm, wraps were a chicken nugget on a wrap. There's no pride taken in this McDonald's I don't know if their going under and just not caring about the customer . Even the sweet tea the first couple sips were ok then it was like un sweetened. I looked close and they added sugar to the regular tea. How do I know this, because sugar don't dissolve in cold tea it stirs on then sinks to bottom and that's what happened. The first couple sips pulled sugar from bottom sweeten up tea then it was gone and was like unsweetened tea. They just needed to say we're out and I would have ordered something else. So if your thinking about grabbing a burger that's fresh drive to a&w or order pick up at bad River grill.

  Ordered a milkshake and it was runny like chocolate milk. Didn't have the consistency of a shake. Nor did it taste like I ordered it.

  Harley was super nice and sociable and was fun to talk to. Whatever he’s getting paid, double it.

  Usually I'm disappointed in McDonald's but I haven't had any bad experiences with the one in St Charles. They have never gotten my order wrong and I have been occasionally going there now for almost 4 years. The food isn't that great but I think that's just a McDonald's thing and doesn't have anything to do with the specific location.

  There was nobody there when I went through drive thru, nobody was responding. I ended up pulling into a parking spot to wait for a snackwrap and happy meal. It took them 15 minutes. I got home to eat the food and it was absolutely horrible. I pulled the fries out and they were brown, not even a little warm and super soggy. The snack wrap was so tough the chicken wouldn’t pull apart, it was like eating rubber. The chicken was dry and the wrap had no ranch. It seemed really old. It was so gross. I have no idea what I waited for… prices are irrelevant but especially with what they want to charge it’s absurd. I didn’t eat any of my food.
