- PHPenny Hutchins1 day ago1.0I just got out of the hospital & I wanted something light & they were the only ones open. I purchased a burrito that was was supposed to have rice in it. It only had beans, cheese & lettuce. I went to open the burrito it was wrapped loose. It is the worst burrito I have ever had. The beans were dry, the lettuce fell on lap. It was gross! I called the store after the lettuce fell on me . Also the tortilla was hard. I was not a happy camper. This was a bit after 12 am. The employee I spoke with was a male. I asked for the store owners name. He just kept arguing with me..well what can I do..why do you need it. I explained the situation..he said he didn't know the number. Omgosh Enough was Enough! I hung up. I will never go to this establishment again. Word of mouth goes a long way. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone!

It was wrapped sloppy to where everything fell out and could barely eat it normal. That's not even the worst of it, my cheesy gordita crunch was all sauce no meat what so ever. Just globs of it everywhere. I tried to eat it but couldn't. Probably the worst experience I ever had at Taco Bell at this location. Couldn't even eat it without gagging. Super disappointed, will be taking my business to the bay road location. This was my go to place but seems they just don't care anymore. I rarely leave a bad review but they earned it.

So sick of paying a ridiculous amount for food for it to be WRONG. You guys get paid nearly as much as a CNA!! Do your JOB!!!!! This is ridiculous!! DO BETTER.
