- CMchris manchesterMay 13, 20261.0Went through the drive through order 2 nacho bell grandes add both types of chickens. And extra extra nachos cheese . Barely got any meat and basically any cheese. Called up talked to the manager he put the general manager on who try to tell me basically that since they are a franchise their portions for nachos cheese are smaller which as a franchise their portion are not suppose to change. And even if it smaller there was barely any. She didnt even off to make it right and also hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. This girl was disrespectful and shouldn't even be a general manager the fact that they got someone so incompetent running this location explains for all the bad reviews that it been getting.
