Ordered and paid from the kiosk. Sat and waited about 10 minutes. Went to the counter to check my order. A worker looked it up asking me did I have an e in my name, I confirmed. Then they walked away. I sat back down for another 10 minutes. I went to the counter asked again. There was no order for Leisa S. Got a refund and left. What a waste of my lunch time.

I got Taco Bell and I got a five layer beef burrito and it was half empty and then I got another one and it was half empty. There was no meat or beans and just mostly tortilla. And then I got a deluxe box and it was thrown in a bag, not even in a box. And then I ate my chicken Chalupa and there was nothing but lettuce and tomato in there and my cinnamon twist where thrown in my Taco Bell bag Upside down. I don’t know who is working tonight, but I was not satisfied

I am directly calling out Kaitlyn P and the weird young man. Dont do this job because youre both awful and you dont want to do your job. The food was improperly made and inedible. Disgusting. You both should be fired.

This place is unique. They don't cut the quesadillas, they don't give you the extra toppings you pay for, and this is their sad version of the beloved enchirito. No one takes pride in their work these days and it shows. I have had more bad experiences at this TB, than good.
