I'm in Saginaw for a conference, and since I don't have a QDOBA near my hometown, I don't get to eat there very often. In fact, this was only the second time I've ever had it. I decided to go inside to order because I wasn't familiar with all the menu options. I usually place mobile orders for convenience, but this time I had quite a few questions about what was included in different items. The woman helping me was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding while answering all of my questions. When I got to the register to pay, she surprised me by saying, "Since you don't get QDOBA where you're from, it's on me today." It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Little did she know, I had been having a pretty rough day, and her kindness completely turned it around. It reminded me that there are still genuinely caring people in the world. Thank you again for your generosity and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area and will happily recommend your business to others.
