  This place has gone down hill since this heavier guy with a beard began working. This place has always been good to me and got me my food fast. But this guy has ruined the experience. Hes absolutely awful. Bosses people around,, and is disrespectful to customers. Food was good tho!

  Upon reading all the recent negative reviews ive came to the conclusion that we have all experienced the disrespectful heavier set dude with a beard. Dishing out an attitude or insults to co workers and customers almost everytime im in here. Ive stopped coming bc of him. I then asked for a manager and he said “i am the manager get out of the store”. Food is always good but this one guy in particular has ruined it for me.

  Walked in to place an order and was respectfully greeted with a smile by a young boy looked 17-18, he was the only one in the entire store working while all his co workers were outside smoking. He even had to put phone calls on hold so he could finish the orders he already had since he had no help. Its honestly frustrating. I showed up, and stayed in the lobby to see if anyone came to help. Noone within the 15 minutes of being there helped this kid out until a heavier set guy with a beard came in and stood around to watch this kid work, he proceeded to bully him the entire time, telling him stuff like “he should quit” just rude things like that. The boy didn’t say anything back and got my order to me as fast as he could, apologizing for not getting me my order sooner. I tipped $10 and told him to keep it, he still put it in the tip bucket and continued working. A honest young man. Walking out, i complained because the heavier set guy was being rude to the boy and wanted to defend him. I then proceeded to get an attitude and cussed out. Super disappointed, this young man deserves better and i come here mainly to see this boy and im always greeted respectfully and the heavier set dude always has something rude to say to co workers or customers. EVERY. TIME. Never fails, hes either unproductive or disrespectful.

  I’m updating my review from 2 weeks ago. Still do not come here, the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. I work in customer service and if I hated my job that bad, I would quit. Not cuss customers out for making you do your job. To pin point one certain person, the heavy set guy with the beard. Who’s apparently the manager. Worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Tried to give it a true chance and got met with disrespect right at the door multiple times coming in. I originally wrote a bad review and apparently it’s common for the manager to get bad reviews. I don’t understand why corporate won’t fire him.
