- SSStarkSep 17, 20261.0I have ordered from Papa Johns on State St a bunch of times but I switched to Court st because they never get my order right, they even messed up the free one corporate gave me after mentioning it in their review they emailed me. I didn't realize that my app was set on that location when I placed my order almost 2 hours ago, I called right after placing it to ask them to make it lightly done, which they said they can't... Which, whatever, it's fine... But I seen it was switched to delivered when I haven't received it yet so I called back just to be told that I'm out of their delivery area and I'll get my refund in 7 to 10 days. Why did the app let me order?? Why could I have been told when I called the first time so I could've started making my daughter something else?! I'll never order Papa Johns again! What a joke!

When I went to pick up my order it was being taken out of the oven so that was a plus! Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was good.but when I got home with it I was very disappointed, yes it was hot and fresh, but crusts were flat, hard and hardly had any toppings!
