    I thought he was a greeter as I stood at a kiosk seeing what was offered then he told me he could take my order at the counter cause a was looking to specialise my order. All went well untill a chip showed up on my order so I told him I didn't need that ( I ordered a full sandwich, a bowl of soup, a med. drink and a chunk of bread )As I sat at my table waiting for my food I ask this same person if he could wipe off my table , it was 1 of 2 that needed it. He said yes then he got side tracked with another customer he thought she already left with another customer. So... I wiped it off myself before my food came. He later came over to my table and asking if I could rate his device for my visit . I told him wiped my table off myself , he apologized and told me he hopes I will come back again so he can justify his service. I told him I might. But after that He made a comment to the table of girls four girls sitting at the same table. Something about four people sitting at the table is considered gay. Maybe one of them might want to consider moving. I'm not that way of a person just thought it was a inappropriate thing to say cuz they obviously weren't either . I am normally a Souper Customer just thought I'd chk this new restraint on this side of town . I've been to a Panera before but it's been a while. I Did not leave a tip at the register cuz it was my first visit but after this experience I guess something just told me then I shouldn't have. A new restaurant and on the one side of the front door already was a sign that the door was broken.

    This is such a friendly place. Every worker has been so sweet! The only problem is they are the slowest drive through ever! I literally only order an ice coffee with 4 creams and 4 sugars in the morning and afternoon and they ask me what my order was at least 4 times. I timed it and waited 20 min this afternoon. Also they have the flimsiest straws I’ve ever used.

    Panera food is always 4 of 5, always good but some items are too salty while others like their salads & sandwiches are great consistently. Their breads are 5 of 5. Meals are among the best fast foods around but they're service is always light. They are clearly trying to minimize staff to customer contact and if you dine there, you'll find things clean but you'll be expected to bus your own table. Since they don't take call-ahead orders, you'll find a kiosk robot between you and their staff when you walk in the door so service doesn't suck but I can't give the robot even a 3 and tipping this service model, is out of the question. If you walk in with the right expectations you’ll get a good meal.

    Just opened place a order card didn't work they said they tried it 3 times declined. I said your crazy left went to subway down the road worked fine there.that tells me make sure your card reader is working properly that's how you lose customer's when i knew there was nothing wrong with my credit card I most likely won't ever go back to this location again
