  Slloooowwww. Sat in the drive thru for 15-20 MINUTES for 3 BAGELS. Will not come back. Terrible customer service.

  Just stopped thru 140pm for 3 sandwiches, I believe Kelsey helped us. Super nice, thoughtful. We appreciate the kind gesture! 10/10

  I am the last person to ever complain or leave a bad review, but after my most recent trip to this location I am disappointed. I am typically the person who mobile orders and I usually opt to pick up my order via drive-thru. I have never had an issue waiting in line or with the amount of time I have to wait- even at the Fashion Square location, which is much busier than the State Street location. Today when I picked up my mobile order I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me or addressed that I was there. Mind you when I arrived my order had been ready several minutes before, according to the app. When someone did finally speak to me they nearly gave me the wrong order, and when I gave them my name they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. The food is always good, but in my experience the service and wait time at the Fashion Square has always been better. It is also important to note that this location was far from busy during my visit. I would have gotten over it if someone had told me that they needed a couple extra minutes for my order, but having a customer sit there for nearly 10 minutes without addressing them while I could see several workers standing around inside is unacceptable.

  We have been there a few times and what we have found is that they are consistently out of key ingredients and have difficulty putting together staple Panera Bread menu items, not to mention forgetting bread.. it's not a coincidence that 3/3 times for us weren't satisfactory, and I hope that their overall quality goes up as time does. It's not lost on me that this is a newer location, but we have already given second and third chances on our first three shots. Bay Rd location isn't as convenient, but they don't miss.

  So I was stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes waiting for the person in front of me who was making a big fuss. When I got to the window the assistant manager Jai right away apologized and offered to make things right. In this day and age you are lucky to get average service I grew up with. This service was honestly above and beyond. Thank you for not making my day bad Jai and the team
