  I got the dipper sandwich. There was Harley any meat in the sandwich. I paid 14 dollars for bread and and doing sauce.

  I stopped at Panera and was so warmly welcomed. Everyone, was treated with such genuine kindness by the manager, who was an incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful lady. I honestly felt like I had walked into a place where people truly cared about making their guests feel welcome. She made sure everyone received their order and even offered a glass of water to those who hadn’t ordered a drink while they were waiting. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and thankfully not overly air-conditioned, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. I wish every Panera had a manager and a team like this one. It truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Wonderful experience!

  Slloooowwww. Sat in the drive thru for 15-20 MINUTES for 3 BAGELS. Will not come back. Terrible customer service.

  I am the last person to ever complain or leave a bad review, but after my most recent trip to this location I am disappointed. I am typically the person who mobile orders and I usually opt to pick up my order via drive-thru. I have never had an issue waiting in line or with the amount of time I have to wait- even at the Fashion Square location, which is much busier than the State Street location. Today when I picked up my mobile order I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me or addressed that I was there. Mind you when I arrived my order had been ready several minutes before, according to the app. When someone did finally speak to me they nearly gave me the wrong order, and when I gave them my name they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. The food is always good, but in my experience the service and wait time at the Fashion Square has always been better. It is also important to note that this location was far from busy during my visit. I would have gotten over it if someone had told me that they needed a couple extra minutes for my order, but having a customer sit there for nearly 10 minutes without addressing them while I could see several workers standing around inside is unacceptable.
