  I have mixed experiences at this location most time it's very good both service and food they seem to have a high turnover rate as there's not a lot of the same faces there especially in the evening. Why wouldn't McDonald's just pay somebody a few extra dollars to keep good people working there.

  Last night I ordered off the app and had my order in a few minutes before I walk to the store the screen that has the order that have been taken wasn't working so I stood at the cash register for a few minutes 43 nobody come out I walked over the pop machine and immediately when I did another lady walked in and then the cashier come out and took her order. When she got done taking the other ladies order she walked right past me like I wasn't there it started messing with a pop machine. A few minutes later the what I assume was a manager come out. Then when they get done looking at the pop machine they come to me say oh have you been helped and then I told him how I ordered off the app. He had to check a couple spots to find my order. Long and short is I was in a little bit of a hurry and what should have been a 5-minute stop turn into in over 20 minutes stop I drive truck I'm on a schedule and I was a few minutes late for my appointment so where I'm delivering me on hold until they can fit me in. Hope I'm not here all day. I stopped at this McDonald's periodically because it's convenient and they have different help all the time there were five or six people working there but I didn't recognize any of them. Most of them look like trainees. Most the time my experience is really good there so my question is why would McDonald's pay enough money to keep the good employees working at this location. There's no residential area close the store so if you don't have a car it's really inconvenient you think McDonald's would take that in consideration but it really appears the McDonald's doesn't care about anything other than their bottom line

  Regardless of food quality, cleanliness, or even customer service when the food is brought out..... any McDonald's that forces the use of a machine to order and eliminates human contact will always get a single star.

  Got a cry cream cone 30 mins after eating it I thought up for 10 mins straight and the cry cream tasted like they were using expired milk it was ever that yesterday I got stuck behind a car that run out of gas I would rather have that happen to me again than eat your cry cream even again. Ps. Worse experience at McDonald's 🤮
