  Specifically wanted a toasted sandwich. So I ordered one, and this is what I received. So clearly NOT toasted, cheese isn’t even melted. People make mistakes and I’m understanding of that, however when I called to bring this to their attention the dude who answered at 7:50pm on 6/4…had not a care in the world. He swore up and down he made it and he knows he toasted it. It wasn’t even luke warm. I had to ask him what he was going to do to make this right, it was never offered nor an apology! Which is all I needed to make me happy. He said he guessed they can remake it but they’d need this one back. Which is weird? I’ve worked food service before…not normal to take stuff back. Maybe he wanted to see if I was lying? Took 30 minutes to bring my replacement and I’m 1 minute up the road. When I said I wouldn’t be back, he didn’t care, I eat here 1-2 time a week. Also they never cut my sandwich in half. Please learn some basic customer service.

  Typically good, but have been an hour late on the last two orders I’ve had + have forgotten things. Was offered a $10 in store credit as compensation. I work at Jimmy John’s and know that’s not how it works. You can give refunds for mess ups and consistent late orders. Terrible customer service.
