  I’ve ordered here three times each through the app and once I get there I have to wait 15 before even saying anything while there is only one person in front of me and today my food was cold

  I ordered the 2 for 7 spicy chicken double told her that’s what I wanted twice they gave me singles I asked if they could fix the mistake that they made they said they would ring me up and pay for it again then I asked I need to pay for your mistake then they said you get what you get and shut the window on me this place sucks

  For people passing through, this is a really cool nostalgic Arby's location. The manager (I'm almost sure she was the manager) has this business down. We stopped in during a busy hour on a holiday weekend. Our service was excellent! She was on top of everything, and didn't at all seem frazzled by the chaos. Super polite and personable. We also got our order super quick, and it was just her and two other employees (who were also doing a great job!). Keep up the great work! Wish my home Arby's crew was this awesome.....

  Unfortunately there was hair in both my and my husband's fries. Bummed when the food takes forever and it's inedible.
