    I always love their food. However, I've ordered a French dip a couple of times now with a few other items and my sandwich is being packed at the bottom of the bag resulting in a flat sandwich. This has been very disappointing, and especially for a French dip. Loosing all the air pockets to enjoy the delicious dip it comes with.

    I’ve ordered here three times each through the app and once I get there I have to wait 15 before even saying anything while there is only one person in front of me and today my food was cold
