  I went there on my lunch to grab a bite to eat. I placed my order and after a few minutes of waiting I was told by the manager on duty that they were out of beef . He then stated that I could wait 15 minutes for a fresh beef, or I could be compensated for the price of the Beef n Cheddar. Since it was a coupon there was no refund that could be given. Rather than offer a substitute for the missing sandwich due to poor oversight, the manager stood there staring at me. I took what food I had ordered and left.

  We normally come to this location even though it isn't closest to us and tonight we had a slight issue with our order that I didn't catch until I was all the way home. Since it is like a 12ish minute drive home from here the staff remade the entire order for us, thanks again for going above and beyond tonight!
