  The machine they use to take people order isn't taking it right. It say that show order on screen to see if right but it didn't. Then got window we ask to repeat the order back to us. It completely wrong. I feel bad for person at window have redo our order. I very positive they have to fix order for the car infont our us. Side note it that voice thing very creepy. I rather wait for human to do ask for my order and get it right the first time. Then have creepy machine voice take it and get it wrong.

  My food was not hot and I ordered a supreme dorito Taco. NO sour cream or tomatoes were on it. This is the 2nd time this has happened and when I called no empathy given and I was hung up on. Will not visit anymore

  The worst staff and management team. Places an online order for pickup arrived 30 minutes later and not even started. It was faster to use drive-thru. The staff actually recommended it.

  This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I been too. They used terrible words at the drive thru. They have cars waiting over hour, served cold food. Al didn’t register orders of customers caused kaoss. Buisness owner to be brought to his attention asap.
