  Although the food tasted good, the inside smelled and looked dirty. I was shocked! Who is watching this location. I felt dirty just sitting and eating. Worried me that the kitchen must also be dirty. In a positive, the folks working here were very sweet.

  Im leaving 2 stars for the other employees because they are actually nice and never mess up my orders. After reading through other reviews, it’s other people that have made comments about the brown toned, older woman with the braids at the cashier that has the same complaints as me. She simply need to find another job. She’s rude, get mad if you don’t tip her, prioritize micro task instead of acknowledging customers at the desk! Passive aggressive, Argumentative, she takes orders very slow paced as if she can’t handle adding 3 items to the cart that is said at once (I’m not sure if she has a cognitive issue). She’s bad for business there.

  The older lady at the cashier with the braids is very passive aggressive and always have an attitude while taking my orders. I usually come here on my lunch breaks I get a carry out and go, I get the same exact order (I greet her, smile, get straight to the point about my order, cause no trouble whatsoever, because I know what it feels like to deal with people all day considering I work in healthcare at the hospital nearby; so I never want to make someone’s day hard or annoying taking forever to order food) however, with her it’s a always a issue. It’s all over face and body language (the head twirl, snarky comments and facial expressions, nearly tossing my food bag at me one occasion, and throwing her fingers around taking my order) those times I’m like ok maybe someone before me pissed her off and she’s having a bad day but no, I watched her deliberately greet and smile someone before me or after me but have all this negative energy with me. I never did anything to the darn lady! I came here alot back in the summer months and I use to leave a tip back then she was nice and said, “oh I already know your name I got it, “I try to remember regulars name”then, and I distinctly remember 3 occasions I didn’t tip and that’s when the attitudes started! As if she is entitled to a freaking tip! That’s only reason it could because I never greeted her rude or did anything disrespectful. I be straight to the point and in & out with my orders. She need to get her attitude together or simply find another job if she’s going to have attitudes and be rude! Last week I ordered my same meal, she got attitude because I asked for a water in a larger cup compared to a 3-4oz cup she was trying to give me being funny! and rolled her eyes and got very condescending and rude with me. I went to plenty of Panera breads and no one ever tried to give me a 3-4oz cup when I ask for water with a full blown meal! She something else and will never get a tip out of me with that attitude. Everybody else is nice! I love when the young boy is there to take my orders! Any time she there I literally turn right back around or cringe when she has to take my orders because she’s so rude!

  I ordered Blt chicken avocado sandwich and avocado and cheese were missing. It isn’t a first time they forget to put in avocado. Service is terrible!

  This is the SLOWEST Panera you can go to ..IF you’re looking for something quick ..this isn’t the place ..I called my order in and I still wait 20 to 25 minutes waiting ..it’s crazy !!
