  I wish I could give them zero stars! The quality of the food is awful! It doesn’t taste anything like the Clawson or Birmingham location. It’s like they get their meat from an off brand restaurant or something. The customer service is even worse. Every single time I ask for my sandwich to be CUT IN HALF it never is. I am so hungry I so eat it and what am I going to give it back after I opened it? The service and food is terrible and I won’t be going here anymore. This is THE WORST location! The worst.

  Tiffany is such a sweetheart. I had a gift card and it was not working when swiping. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY PATIENT. She swiped my card as well as typed in the number and still did not work. She tried on last time to type it in and it worked! I just met her and she was so kind and patient. I hope you know how hard that is to find nowadays. SLAY TIFFANY.

  Last time I went in I caught the employee holding and cutting my pickle with no gloves on, and I had to point out she touched the pickle with bare hands before she offered to get a different one. This time I went in and ordered a #12 Turkey sub and got home to only find lettuce and Mayo on my sub. This location sucks
